Consignment on 72nd is a boutique filled with well curated luxury clothing, shoes and accessories. The vast majority of the store’s inventory is from Consignment, Independent Luxury Designers and the team's nationwide curation of items.  

CONSIGNMENT

Consignment is a business arrangement in which Consignment on 72nd, also referred to as a consignee, agrees to pay you, the consignor, for merchandise after the item sells. Consignment on 72nd accepts items for sale and agrees to pay the consignor 50% of the final sale price if and when items sell. For items priced above $5000, the consignor will receive 60% of the final sale price. Consignment on 72nd researches all items submitted, for consignment, to gauge and assign an industry appropriate list price.

Consignment on 72nd consigns luxury designer clothing, purses and shoes. The “Consignment Designers” document (included on the website) gives insight into the designers Consignment on 72nd considers. Top tier of designer brands are considered for consignment. Garments must not be over 10 years old.  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE that items, even though listed will be consigned. Consignment on 72nd makes consignment decisions based on inventory needs, age and condition of item, as well as, fashion trends.

Luxury designer items can be dropped off at Consignment on 72nd on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, by appointment.  Items must come in a bag that can be left at the store. Consignment on 72nd will contact you via email once the items have been assessed. Items will be inventoried but not be assessed on the spot.
